Lovely Stay, Super clean and Stylish!

The location is genuinely superb. It's just a short walk to the town center. A parking permit was available and useful. The key pick-up was very simple with a code to an outside box. I found this very convenient, especially arriving late at night.
The absence of drinking water in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The location IS great , very quiet and just a short walk to the high street. Check in was easy. Parking was near and free with the provided permit. The bed was super comfy and i had a good selection of tea , coffee and biscuits.
The towels felt a little damp.

The room included ample seating and a big wardrobe. Parking had clear instructions provided during check-in. My room was warm when I arrived. The check in instructions were clear.
One of the sockets near the bed, it was damaged and not able to be used.

erratic shower temperaturepoor soundproofing
the shower temperature was erratic it swung from scalding to freezing without warning the small bathroom lacked proper ventilation condensation formed quickly after each shower the walls showed signs of mildew. the room needed better soundproofing i could hear conversations and footsteps from adjacent rooms and the hallway this made it difficult to relax.

check-in was straightforward and efficient , with clear instructions. i appreciated the free parking with the provided permit. the bed proved VERY comfortable , a key factor for restful nights. the room included a selection of tea , coffee , and biscuits , which i enjoyed.
the downstairs breakfast area WAS closed .
