Lovely Stay, Super clean and Stylish!
superb location parking permit simple key pick-up
The location is genuinely superb. It's just a short walk to the town center. A parking permit was available and useful. The key pick-up was very simple with a code to an outside box. I found this very convenient, especially arriving late at night.
The absence of drinking water in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel has an excellent location, within a few minutes walk from the town centre and transport options. It's an easy stroll to the rail and bus stations, a huge plus for travelers relying on public transportation.

My room had a sitting area, very nice and unexpected. The space allowed for relaxation beyond just the bed. The room was more spacious than I expected, offering plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable.

I really appreciate that even though this place is host-free, the management was still responsive. They were quick to reply when I messaged them through the bookings app. I was really impressed by their responsiveness.

GREAT location and comfy bed
easy access quiet location free parking comfy bed
The location IS great , very quiet and just a short walk to the high street. Check in was easy. Parking was near and free with the provided permit. The bed was super comfy and i had a good selection of tea , coffee and biscuits.
The towels felt a little damp.

Simple room with convenient access
ample seating big wardrobe clear instructions warm room
The room included ample seating and a big wardrobe. Parking had clear instructions provided during check-in. My room was warm when I arrived. The check in instructions were clear.
One of the sockets near the bed, it was damaged and not able to be used.

The check-in process worked smoothly with clear and simple instructions. The staff answered quickly when i asked about an additional pillow. They were polite and effective during our communication, resolving the small problem quickly.

erratic shower temperature poor soundproofing
the shower temperature was erratic it swung from scalding to freezing without warning the small bathroom lacked proper ventilation condensation formed quickly after each shower the walls showed signs of mildew. the room needed better soundproofing i could hear conversations and footsteps from adjacent rooms and the hallway this made it difficult to relax.

solid stay close TO amenities
efficient check-in free parking comfortable bed tea selection
check-in was straightforward and efficient , with clear instructions. i appreciated the free parking with the provided permit. the bed proved VERY comfortable , a key factor for restful nights. the room included a selection of tea , coffee , and biscuits , which i enjoyed.
the downstairs breakfast area WAS closed .

while the hotel does not do breakfast , the provision of a kettle with tea and coffee sachets allowed FOR some refreshment. plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants ARE available for morning meals.

the staff were very helpful and friendly , particularly the cleaner i met in the morning. he assisted me WITH my luggage , moving it to another room for my friend. i appreciate such attentive service.
